Limitation of Liability

5.2. The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless our company from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the use of our services.

Termination

6.1. Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time with written notice.

6.2. Upon termination, the client agrees to pay any outstanding fees for services provided up to the date of termination.

Governing Law
