Refund and Cancellation Policy

• If you decide to stop using our services within five days of making a payment, you will receive a full refund.
• After the first five days, if you decide to end our services, you will be charged a sum that reflects the number of working hours spent into the project. Within 45 days after cancellation, the remaining amount will be credited to the account you used to make the original payment.
• Cancellation of any service renewal should be done 10 days prior to the start of next billing cycle.
• If cancellations are made after the start of the billing cycle, the clients will be required to pay a sum that reflects the amount of overtime pay spent on the project during that month.
• Even if you signed up for our services but never used them, you still have to pay us.
• Amount of refund will be credited in the account from which the payment was made within 45 days of service cancellation.

• DST Divine Soft Technology will not be liable for refund or guarantee of top search ranking under the following circumstances:
• If the search engine's ranking algorithm, policies, or functionality change and have an impact on SEO ranking.
• Link building, a part of SEO, is carried out based on the information you provide us. If you provide incorrect URLs, we are not responsible for any subsequent problems, and there are no refunds or money-back guarantees.
• If the client uses any other SEO services from a third party, DST is not responsible for the SEO results.
• An immediate change in the search ranking cannot be guaranteed because the frequency and position of a website's presence on the search list vary.
• Any negative impact on ranking based on by the client's or their authorized third party service provider's changes to the website's content.
• Our SEO services do not guarantee that the client's website will appear in the top ten search results. However, understand that we work in your best interest and put in our best effort to provide genuinely profitable results. Our objective is to improve your life and increase the earnings from your company.
